The application asks for the student's legal name, grade, birth date, address, prior school and grade completed; parent or guardian, emergency, and physician contacts; extended-care needs; and relevant school or care history. An explanation must accompany any prior denial, suspension, or expulsion.
For 2026-2027, the nonrefundable application fee is $200 for full-day 2K and $300 for full-day 3K. The nonrefundable application and book fee is $300 for half-day 3K through 8th grade.
Timmerman's admissions process includes entrance testing. The 2026-2027 fee schedule lists a $40 new-student testing fee for students entering 1st grade and above; families of younger applicants should confirm testing details with the office.
Full-day 2K and 3K are $245 per week. Annual tuition is $4,970 for half-day 3K, $5,255 for 4K, $6,080 for 5K, and $7,040 for 1st through 8th grade. The fee schedule provides 9-, 10-, 11-, and 12-month payment options.
The schedule lists a $250 capital assessment per family due September 4, 2026; $40 testing for new students entering 1st grade and above; additional LOGIC tuition when used; a 3% credit-card fee; and optional extended care at $75 weekly or $25 daily.
The schedule lists 10% off for two children, 15% for three, and 20% for four or more; 5% off when tuition is paid in full by August 3; and an active-duty military discount with ID. Discounts cannot be combined, and the all-inclusive 2K program is excluded.
If Timmerman accepts the application, the signed agreement becomes a binding contract for the full year's tuition. The application states that the obligation cannot be revoked and tuition is not refunded regardless of circumstance.
